Clark Log Jack : New Product

Clark Log Jack

The new Clark Log Jack....the fast, efficient way to cross cut timber.

Whether you are chainsawing logs into firewood or cross cutting trees into length, the newly designed Clark Log Jack offers a fast and efficient way to safely chainsaw logs.

Clark first manufactured the Log Jack back in the 1950s and have given it a revamp for 2010 using the most modern manufacturing techniques and materials.

The Log Jack takes a different approach to the traditional chainsaw saw horse where the log needs to be lifted up off the ground into the cutting position. With the Log Jack, there is no need to physically lift the log off the ground, as the log is firmly gripped on the ground between the jaws and the specially hardened hook. The log is then rolled over into the cutting position and is held firmly in position with the Log Jack providing a steady platform for chainsawing. The damage to the bar and chain is also minimised because the log is kept up off the ground.

An extremely useful tool for anyone involved in the chainsawing of logs. Whether a home user cutting firewood or a professional with high volumes and longer lengths of wood to tackle, the Log Jack is an essential piece of kit. (Would make a very useful Christmas pressie too!).
